The New Zealand Kabaddi Federation is the official body dedicated to the growth, promotion, and regulation of Kabaddi across Aotearoa.
With a strong network of affiliated clubs and dedicated athletes, we are proud to lead the charge in bringing this traditional sport to the forefront of New Zealand’s sporting landscape.
New Zealand Kabaddi Federation Incorporated (NZKF) is the National Governing Body for the sport of Kabaddi in New Zealand. The Federation is responsible for the promotion, development, regulation, and administration of Kabaddi throughout the country.
The New Zealand Kabaddi Federation is proudly affiliated with:
- New Zealand Amateur Sports Association (NZASA)
- World Kabaddi Federation (WKF)
- Federation of International Kabaddi Associations (FIKFA)
Through these affiliations, the Federation works to uphold international standards, promote fair play, develop athletes and officials, and provide opportunities for New Zealand players and teams to participate in national and international Kabaddi competitions.
